Single-storey villa of 85 m² located in the private village of La Tresson on Noirmoutier Island, with direct access to Sable d'Or beach just a 2-minute walk away. The 40 m² living-dining room features a wood-burning stove (wood not provided), creating a welcoming space to relax. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, large fridge, induction hob, oven, microwave, and toaster. The bathroom offers a shower, sink, and washing machine. The villa has 3 bedrooms: one with a 160 cm bed, one with a 140 cm bed, and one with two sets of bunk beds—ideal for families or groups. Enjoy an east-facing terrace and a private west-facing garden of about 150 m², equipped with a barbecue, garden furniture, and sun loungers. Wi-Fi is available. Bed linen and towels are not included. Pets are allowed upon approval. The villa is non-smoking. If you wish to use the stove, please bring your own wood.
